Returns should be sent to the address provided in your return instructions. Do not send items without first contacting us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@blushybaby.ca so we can resolve the issue.

Need a different size or item? The quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
